Returns and cancellations

The only valid way to cancel or return an order is by email to noah@pickpockets.ca. Messages anywhere else (social media, checkout comments, texts, or other inboxes) do not count as notice.

Before the tracking email is sent

If you email noah@pickpockets.ca before we send your tracking email, you may cancel. We will refund the full amount paid.

After the tracking email is sent

Once the tracking email has gone out, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled for a full refund. You may still return the item. In that case:

• You pay for the original shipping of the item and for shipping it back.
• We will email you a return label. That label is how the item comes back.
• The refund is issued after we receive the returned item.
